How do I order a Photo Sports Ball?
After choosing the item(s) you want, enter the text you want printed on the ball BEFORE clicking the Add to Cart button. After paying for your order, send your digital photos (best size is 300 dpi or 1 MB or larger) to us at photos@ballsportsmemories.com . We will email you a proof before we actually make your item. If you forget to enter the text when ordering you can email it to us at: photos@ballsportsmemories. Most items have enough room for a full name, team name, year, etc. If the personalization is too long we will notify you before continuing.
How does the process work?
Ball Sports Memories uses a patented process to directly place your image to our special sports balls, ornaments, and hockey pucks. This process allows us to permanently place your image on the item of your choice.
How quickly can I get my product?
Normal turnaround is 7 days or less, in some cases production can take up to 2 weeks if it is a busy season or an extremely large order.
How long will a photo product last?
Indefinitely if proper care is taken. Most items are meant for display only and should not be used if you want the image to last.
Can I send you a printed photograph or do I have to use a digital image?
You can send either one. Minimum size photograph that we can work with is a 4x6. Smaller photographs do not transfer well and often look grainy.
If I send a printed photograph, will I get it back?
Yes, your picture will be unharmed by the process and it will be returned with your order.

What sorts of photographs can I send?
We recommend that you send a digital image or a printed image that is 4x6 or larger. We suggest that your subject be close-up; small items in the distance do not print well. Due to copyright laws, we are not able to reproduce any copyrighted images.
